Al-Maysarah holds two of the leading cement manufacturing plants, Kubaisa and Al-Qaim Cement Production Facilities, with over 3 million tons annual production capacity. The plants are strategically located in Al-Anbar district 400 km south of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, with access to various regional markets via rail and road.

The plants have their consist of stone queries on-site which produce most of the raw material needed Facilities on-site also include clinker Kilns, processing units, R&D labs, as well as an internationally certified quality assurance and testing lab. With state-of-the-art technologies and a dedicated professional team, our plants are able to produce various types of cement with unparalleled specs including our special salt-resistant cement with special dry capabilities.

Al-Kubaisa Cement Plant

Location : Iraq , Al-Anbar , Heet city

Production Capacity : 2 M Ton/ Year ( Two Production lines 6200 T/D)

Production : OPC and SRC Cement

Kubaisa cement Plant was built in 1983 by the Japanese Kawasaki Company and is considered one of the most important and largest cement Plants in the Middle East region, with a design capacity of 2 million tons per year. It produces Ordinary Portland and Sulphate Resisting cement by the dry method with Quality standards that complies with Iraqi Standard No.5 2019 and Strength Type 42.5 N.

A contract for the rehabilitation and operation of the plant was signed in 2010 by Pioneer Company for General Trading and Rehabilitation of Industrial Projects Ltd. Formally ( Universal Cement Industry Co. now ) one of the subsidiaries of Al- Maysarah Group.

Al-Qa’im Cement Plant

Location : Iraq , Al-Anbar , Al-Qa’im city

Production Capacity : 1 M Ton/ Year ( One Production lines 3,200 T/D)

Production : SRC Cement

Al-Qaim cement Plant was built in 1986 by the Romanian Yuzen Expert Company with a design capacity of 1 million tons per year. It is Specialized in producing Sulphate Resisting cement by the dry method with Quality standards that complies with Iraqi Standard No.5 2019 and Strength Type 42.5 N.

Al-Maysarah Group took over the operation of Al-Qa’im in 2008 as an investment contract from Iraqi government subject to renewal.
